Are your vases watertight?+
Yes: each vase receives a waterproofing treatment in the workshop, a technical resin that impregnates the walls before shipping. It can be used like a regular vase, water included, with no liner or inner pot. Use cold or room-temperature water and wash it by hand.
Is PLA fragile?+
PLA is a rigid material that withstands normal indoor use well. Like ceramic, a thin piece can break if dropped on a hard floor, but it easily handles everyday handling.
Can I leave a vase in the sun behind a window?+
PLA deforms from 50-60°C. Behind a large south-facing bay window in summer, it is best to avoid prolonged exposure. Recycled PETG, which withstands 80°C, will soon join our workshop for these uses.
Are your pieces really made in France?+
Yes, entirely. All our pieces are printed in our workshop in Guérande (Loire-Atlantique, France), with no outsourcing whatsoever. The filament itself is mostly of European origin (bio-based PLA).
How long between ordering and delivery?+
Allow on average 7 to 10 working days: 5 to 7 days for production, then 2 to 3 days for Colissimo delivery in mainland France (3 to 8 working days to other European Union countries). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I see a colour in real life before ordering?+
On request, we can send you a filament sample for purchases over EUR 100. Contact us at contact@re3dline.fr.
How do I clean my 3D pieces?+
A soft damp cloth is enough. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners (acetone, bleach) and boiling water. Diluted black soap works very well for a deep clean.
Can I order a custom piece?+
Yes, for volumes of more than 10 pieces (trade customers) or for minor modifications to existing models (size, colour). For one-off custom pieces for individuals, we require a prior quote: write to us.
What if my piece arrives broken?+
Contact us within 14 days with photos at contact@re3dline.fr. We will reprint and reship free of charge, or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Do you work with designers?+
Yes: we distribute creations by partner designers, who are paid on every sale. If you are a designer and would like to offer us a collection, write to us at contact@re3dline.fr.
