Shipping & lead times
Production time
All our products are made to order in our workshop in Guérande. The indicative production time is 5 to 7 working days from confirmation of your payment.
For large orders (more than 10 pieces) or technically complex pieces (lamps, XL statues), a longer lead time may apply. We will notify you by email in that case.
Dispatch
Once your order has been printed, polished and checked by our team, it is shipped by Colissimo to mainland France and across the European Union. Transit time: 2 to 3 working days in France, 3 to 8 working days depending on the country for the rest of the EU.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can track your parcel from your account area at any time.

- Mainland France and European Union: EUR 6.90 incl. VAT regardless of weight
- Free delivery from EUR 80 incl. VAT
- Corsica and French overseas territories: contact us before ordering for a quote
Packaging
Our pieces are shipped in recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes, without unnecessary plastic wrapping. You will also find inside:
- A thank-you card printed on plantable seed paper
- A free hornet trap during the summer season (May to September)
Receipt and defects
We check every piece before packing. If you nevertheless notice a defect upon receipt, contact us within 14 days by email at contact@re3dline.fr with photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement, a reprint or a refund as appropriate.
