RE3DLINE takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All our data is stored within the European Union, and we never sell it to third parties.

1. Who we are

RE3DLINE, a French SASU with a share capital of EUR 1,000, specialises in the design and sale of 3D printed decorative objects.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data, only where necessary:

  • Customer account: email, first and last name (via our authentication provider Clerk)
  • Orders: delivery address, billing address, phone number, order history
  • Payment: no banking data passes through our servers (handled entirely by Stripe)
  • Newsletter: email only, with explicit consent
  • Contact / quote forms: name, email, phone if provided, message
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information (for security and anti-spam purposes)

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used solely to:

  • Process and ship your orders
  • Keep you informed of the status of your orders
  • Send you the newsletter (if you have subscribed)
  • Respond to your contact or quote requests
  • Fight spam and abuse
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

4. Cookies

The re3dline.fr website uses a minimal number of cookies, in two categories:

Strictly necessary (set without consent, essential to the service):

  • Session cookie for authentication (duration varies according to your "Remember me" choice)
  • Stripe technical cookie (secure payment)
  • Local cart storage (browser side only, never sent to our servers)
  • Consent preference cookie (re3dline_consent, 13-month duration)

Audience measurement (set only with your explicit consent):

  • Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymisation enabled, Consent Mode v2). Data is aggregated and used to understand which pages are visited. No advertising targeting is enabled.

No advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers are set. You can at any time.

5. Embedded content from other websites

Some content on our website (videos, Google Maps, Google Fonts) may come from external websites. This content behaves as if you were visiting those websites directly, which may collect data, use cookies and track your interactions in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Data location and hosting

All your data is stored within the European Union or with GDPR-compliant providers:

  • Convex (database): Frankfurt region, Germany
  • Vercel (hosting): Paris region (cdg1)
  • Cloudflare R2 (photo storage): EU jurisdiction
  • Stripe (payment): Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Dublin
  • Clerk (authentication): GDPR compliant, encrypted data
  • Resend (email delivery): EU jurisdiction
  • Odoo (business management): hosted by Odoo SA, Belgium

7. Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. Certain data may be shared only in the following cases:

  • Password reset (including your IP address)
  • Security or spam detection tools
  • Technical providers listed above (hosting, payment, delivery)

8. Retention periods

  • Customer account: as long as the account is active. Upon a deletion request, your data is erased within 30 days (subject to legal obligations)
  • Orders and invoices: 10 years (French accounting obligation)
  • Newsletter: as long as you are subscribed. One-click unsubscribe from every email
  • Contact / quote requests: 3 years after the last exchange

9. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with European regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of all your stored data
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object: refuse processing for marketing purposes
  • Right to restriction: temporarily freeze processing

10. Data security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure: encrypted HTTPS connections, encrypted data storage, access limited to authorised persons.

11. Complaints to the CNIL

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.
