Terms of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the relationship between RE3DLINE, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 101 715 316, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (the "Seller"), and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") making a purchase on the website re3dline.fr. Production takes place in our workshop in Guérande (Loire-Atlantique, France).

Article 2: Products

All products offered on re3dline.fr are decorative objects 3D printed in our workshop in Guérande. Each piece is made to order, in the colour, size and finish chosen by the Customer at the time of ordering.

The photographs and descriptions shown on the website are as accurate as possible, but may show variations inherent to 3D printing (slight differences in shade, visible print lines, hand finishing).

Article 3: Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT at 20%). Delivery charges are shown separately during the ordering process. Delivery is free of charge for orders of EUR 80 (incl. VAT) or more.

Article 4: Orders

The Customer places an order by selecting products, configuring the variants (colour, size, finish), confirming the cart and paying via Stripe. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or an exceptional shortage of raw materials.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made exclusively by bank card via the secure Stripe platform (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay). No banking information of the Customer passes through or is stored on RE3DLINE's servers.

Article 6: Production time and delivery

As all products are made to order, the indicative production time is 5 to 7 working days from confirmation of payment. Shipping time by Colissimo is added to this (2 to 3 working days in mainland France, 3 to 8 working days to other European Union countries).

The Customer will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched. Tracking is also available from the customer account area.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code)

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

As all products sold on re3dline.fr are made to order according to the Customer's choices (colour, size, finish), they are considered personalised. Accordingly, the Customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal when confirming the order and accepting these Terms.

This exclusion does not apply if the product is defective upon receipt (see Article 8).

Article 8: Legal warranties and defective products

The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If a product is defective upon receipt, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service by email at contact@re3dline.fr within 14 days, with photos of the defect. A solution will be offered (replacement, reprint or refund as appropriate).

Article 10: Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably with our customer service, the Customer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. See the legal notice.

Article 11: Personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 12: Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing amicable resolution, fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
